Our dispatched emergency response area includes the I-90 corridor between exits 40 and 28, east to the Belle Fourche River and north on Highway 79 to the Vale cut-off.   This is a response area of approximately 642 square miles, primarily in Meade County.  We provide service to approximately 10,100 people.  This response area was last adjusted in 2022.  

We also provide Advanced Life Support intercept services from the communities of Newell, Faith, Eagle Butte, and Enning.
